Privacy Policy

Nex|Core AI — last updated 18 September 2026

This policy explains how the Nex|Core AI personal automation applications handle information, and in particular how they use data accessed through Google APIs. These applications are operated privately by Nex|Core AI (Dragoș Postelnicescu, PFA) for personal and internal use.

What data the applications access

With your explicit consent through Google's OAuth sign-in, the applications may access:

Through the Google APIs, the applications request read-only access — they do not modify, delete, or send your messages or files through Google’s APIs. Separately, and only with your explicit approval, an application may send an email from your own mailbox using that mailbox’s standard SMTP sign-in; that is your own account action, not a Google API operation.

How the data is used

Limited Use disclosure. Nex|Core AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention and security

Information retrieved from Google APIs is retained only as long as needed for the application's function and is stored on access-controlled, private systems. OAuth credentials (refresh tokens) are stored securely and are never shared.

Revoking access

You can revoke the applications' access to your Google account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops any further data access immediately.
